       Homepage

In August of 2006, the town of Cicero approved the updating/revision of the Construction Standards.  The town has developed these standards to improve consistency from one development to another; improve the use of valuable time during the Technical Advisory Committee meeting; and help the inspectors while out in the field.

These standards are required by all developments within the town of Cicero Corporate Boundaries.

For those interested, we are providing the Town of Cicero Construction Standards in a Adobe format or portable document format (pdf).  These documents fit on a 11" by 17" paper for the purpose of information only.  Please note: Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to read or print them.

As with any Construction Standard, these will be revised as necessary. Should you have any questions regarding possible up-dates contact Utilities Director Pat Comer 317-984-4833.
