The Town of Cicero is served by the Cicero/Jackson Township Board of Zoning Appeals Board (BZA). 

The BZA has jurisdiction over all the land subject to the Cicero/Jackson Township Zoning Ordinance
and Subdivision Control Ordinance. The BZA has exclusive subject matter jurisdiction over Variances
from Development Standards such as Use Variances, Special Exceptions, Administrative
Appeals.

The BZA meets the third Thursday of each month at the Town Hall, 70 North
