CURRENT AGENDA

The Cicero/Jackson Township Plan Commission (C/JT PC) has jurisdiction over all the land subject to the Cicero/Jackson Township Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Control Ordinance, Comprehensive Plan, building and construction permits, and inspections. 

The C/JT PC meets the second Wednesday of each month at the Cicero Town Hall, 70 North Byron Street, at 7:30 p.m.

The C/JT PC also hold standing committee meets at 6:30 p.m. usually before the Plan Commission meeting.

Standing committee topics include: Comprehensive Plan Review Ordinance Revision, Sign Review, Subdivision Review, Zoning/Rezoning, Land Use, Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) issues.

The C/JT PC works with the Hamilton County Plan Commission on construction Permits. 

A Hamilton County Inspector Justin Richards is available at the Administration Office to address your questions regarding any construction in the town of Cicero.

Petition filing deadlines: Petitions must be submitted no less than 30 business days prior to the date of the hearing to allow for adequate time to review and process.  This does not include weekends or holidays.

Meeting Cancellations: Scheduled meetings will be canceled by the president or chairman in the even this is no business to be conducted.
