Clerk Treasurer Jan Unger is responsible for the Financial and Budgetary issues such as taxes, revenues, personnel and  Payroll for the town.  You can reach the Clerk Treasurer at (317) 984-9556. 

The Clerk Treasurer also oversees the Utility Office.  This office is responsible for the monthly billing of water, sanitary, storm, trash collection use.

Your Utility Statement
Your Utility Statement/monthly billing consists of several services. Your water usage and sanitary usage which is based on your water usage; weekly trash collection, and a Storm Water Utility fee.

About Your Water/Sewer Usage
A minimum Water and Sewer bill is approximately $35.54. Bills unpaid by the 15th of each month are subject to a penalty. If that monthly bill is not paid by the "Shut Off" date, which is the last Monday morning of each month, a reconnect fee of $35 is applied.

Trash Collection
Cicero has town-wide trash collection for it's residential users. A monthly fee of $10.50 is included on each monthly utility statement. This fee covers the removal of  one or two 96- gallon trash containers weekly.  This also covers recyclable materials such as newspapers, aluminum cans some plastics, and  paper/packing materials.  This does not included cardboard.  Cardboard can be taken down to the Utility Barn on Stringtown Pike.   Trash collection is done every Wednesday unless a holiday effects a collection day which is posted on the Homepage.  Should you have any questions please call the Cicero Utility Office at 984-4900 or you can call the Republic Customer Service number is 1-800-234-6881.

Storm Water Utility Fee
Cicero has a town-wide Storm water Utility Fee.  The $3.15 month fee is used to improve the existing storm water system within town. For additional information see Storm Water.

Vendor Permits:
Vendor Contract Permit Applications will soon be available on line.  Permit are issued out of the Clerk Treasurers/Utility Office. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Or Contact the Event Committee.

Ordinance Violations:
Ordinance violations such as Parking Tickets can be paid at the Utility/Clerk Treasurers Office or they can be taken to the Cicero Police Department on 70 S. Byron. Street.
