Urgent Message from Rhonda Gary, Cicero Clerk Treasurer:
If you receive a call, text, or email that states it is from the Utilities Office offering a REFUND on your Utility bill, it is a scam. It will ask you for additional information, please DO NOT give your personal information.
Mrs. Gary states, “Cicero is NOT offering a refund for utility bills. It’s a scam! You have to push 1 and then give them your information, please do not do this.”
If you have received a message like this, please know that it is NOT from the Town of Cicero. In these types of cases, if you are unsure, it is best NOT to give personal information over the phone or email. Please call the Utilities office if you have any questions at 317-984-4900 and speak directly to our staff.
