After much consideration and with approval of the Board Of Officers for the Cicero Fire Department, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Lance Overholser to the position of Battalion Chief in the Cicero Fire Department. Lance joined the department in a full time position in 2004 as a Firefighter Paramedic. He has also held the positions of Lieutenant. 
Lance will be responsible for C-Shift.
