The Town of Cicero is participating in a Crowdfunding Grant Program through the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority for a Kayak/Canoe Launch on Morse Reservoir in Red Bridge Park. Our fundraising goal is $7,500.00. If we are able to raise those funds, the Indiana Housing and Community and Development Authority will match it with a $7,500.00 grant.
