September 21st. the Cicero Friends of the Park are sponsoring the Indiana State Chili Championship.  This is a CASI sanctioned event, but will be open to all c0oks who would like to try their favorite recipe.  There will be several categories to chose from such as CASI chili, CASI & Open Showmanship, Best Salsa, Home-style Chili, Junior Chili and of course Peoples Choice.
