The Strawberry Moon Twilight 5K, a part of the Heartland Full Moon series, is one of the rare evening races.  It is scheduled for Saturday, June 18th starting at 7:00pm and finishing before dusk.  Athletes are invited to stick around for live music in the library gazebo and for a big serving of strawberry shortcake.  Proceeds from the Strawberry Moon Twilight 5K will benefit the Cicero Friends of the Park and the strawberry shortcake served afterwards benefits the Friends of the Library.  For those not participating in the 5K, the band will begin at 5:30pm with shortcake being sold until it runs out beginning at 5:30pm.
