20th Anniversary Celebration will take place on Labor Day, September 5 from 10 am – 3 p.m.

Indiana State Chili Championship will take place Saturday, September 17th, 2011 at Red Bridge Park. Cooks are welcome at 8:00 a.m. & the event is open for public tasting at Noon. Awards ceremony will take place at 3:00 p.m.

Curbside Heavy/Large Trash Day will be November 9th. The Dumpsters will be at the Street Department for heavy trash disposal on November 5th. No Hazardous Waste or Electronics (such as TV’s) will be accepted. If you have any questions, please call the Utilities Department at 317-984-4900.

Doors open at 6:00 pm, games begin at 6:30 pm. $20 admission price which includes all 15 games. All proceeds benefit the FREE Summer Concert Series at Red Bridge Park!

Meeting will be held at 7:00 pm at the Parks Department, 1050 S. Pearl St.

This rain garden workshop will provide additional information and instruction for those familiar with rain gardens but need more information to build with confidence.  In addition the workshop will review the steps to start a rain garden program in your community.  Attached is the flier registration for more information such as time and place.
