HAND (Hamilton Area Neighborhood Development) and Habitat for Humanity of Hamilton County will join forces to offer a home repair program designed to help homeowners live in healthy, safe and attractive housing. Through the program we hope to build strong partnerships with residents, neighborhood associations, government and community agencies to revitalize and restore the housing conditions for existing homeowners.
Everyone is welcome to request an application. Eligibility requirements include:
- Your home must be in Hamilton County.
- Maximum income is $37,000 for a single person household; larger for families.
- You must be the owner and live there and property taxes current.
- You will be responsible for repayment of a portion of the project cost.
