    THE MORSE WATERWAYS ASSOCIATION
    Decorate your boat – patriotic – or however you want!
    No entry fee required
     But registration is!

    Prizes and/or ribbons will be awarded.
    Decorated boats will meet at the Cicero Red Bridge Park area at 12:30pm. Flotilla will last approximately one hour.
